Refunds for returns will be processed and returned to your method of payment. When a refund is processed you will be notified by email. Please note, for security purposes, Kiesque has no access to your credit card or PayPal account information and we can not refund a different credit card or PayPal account after your payment has been processed.
We will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 90 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 90 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit or upon request, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment, when possible. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your full name, e-mail address and complete shipping address.
Most credit card refunds process within 5-10 business days, in rare circumstances it can take up to 30 days.
Refunds to PayPal accounts are generally available within 3-5 business days.
